• Gather information from respective process owners and document all pain point
• Create gap analysis document that will help the team in the evaluation process for the applicable transformation project that fits the 

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years relevant experience in related field
• Ability to facilitate, research, model and define requirements
• Good understanding of business and technology
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
• Preferably Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
