Role Overview
The Sales Director for the Philippines is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the sales strategy across the Philippines. This role requires a strong commercial leader with experience in enterprise sales, channel development, and team management within the technology or cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Philippines sales strategy aligned with global and APAC objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and strategic partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both direct and indirect channels.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, partners, and distributors.
  • Forecast and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 5 years in a country or regional leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in the Philippines market.
  • Strong network of channel contacts in the Philippines.
  • Proven ability to drive indirect sales through partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, risk management, compliance, and emerging threats.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry.
  • Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to travel within the Philippines and occasionally across APAC.
